iHeartMedia’s 24/7 News in Phoenix is seeking a highly experienced News Producer/Journalist to work in‑house at our downtown Phoenix newsroom. The role requires commitment to shift work – nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proof reading, writing and editing news copy.
• Posting content to various platforms.
• Audio editing.
• Assignment planning.
• General newsroom responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of newsroom experience.
• Highly efficient writing skills.
• Copy editing background.
• Ability to work from our downtown Phoenix newsroom.
• Digital audio skills.
