Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Event Planner located in Houston, TX, with work-from-home flexibility. The Event Planner will be responsible for managing day-to-day event planning tasks, including coordinating with vendors, overseeing event logistics, developing proposals, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. Additional responsibilities include budget management, sales interactions, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Adept at Budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the event industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Canva, Excel, Aisle Planner, Social Tables, Prismm
