The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers also lead talent management, recruiting, training, engagement, and development, building upon their foundation to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience – Drive sales and omni channel fulfillment
• Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision – Maintain floor styling and product knowledge
• Store & Stockroom Operations – Oversee inventory processes and store efficiency
• Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management – Manage scheduling and payroll responsibilities
• Training and Development – Coach and develop associate performance
• Communication – Foster open, inclusive, and effective communication
• Asset Protection – Protect store assets and maintain loss prevention standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and challenging environment
• Team‑building skills and self‑starter attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Drive to achieve results and adaptability/flexibility
• Multi‑tasking ability and fashion interest & knowledge

The starting rate for this position is $21.15 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $21.15 - $21.15 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
