POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Graphic Designer leads the creative production team and drives the development of internal and external marketing resources for Climate Control Group’s Commercial and Residential HVAC product lines. The role ensures brand consistency across literature, promotional items, product photography, 3‑D animations, and branded merchandise while managing third‑party vendors, guiding the creative team, and supporting the Local Engagement & Advertising Fund (LEAF) program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing creative services team, providing guidance, mentorship, and skill development to generate innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to understand project needs, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create visually appealing digital and print‑ready materials that communicate product features and benefits for unique market segments while aligning with brand vision.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and creative implementation across all marketing materials, merchandise, and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate project delivery, manage team workflows, and oversee compliance and online branded merchandise store for all CCG brands.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative services or graphic design, with a strong portfolio of internal and external marketing assets.
  • Advanced project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and advanced 3‑D modeling and animation skills using KeyShot (preferred).

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Advanced 3‑D modeling and animation (KeyShot).
  • Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Social Media platforms and email/content platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns).
  • Experience working with Monday.com and web content management.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENCES

  • Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Expertise in photography equipment/techniques and photo editing.
  • Expertise in audio/video recording equipment/techniques and audio/video editing.
  • Advanced knowledge of printing technologies and techniques.
