Graphic Designer – Revenue

Department: Revenue
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports To: Director of Corporate Operations
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the revenue department by developing proposals and marketing collateral, crafting compelling stories through design to showcase sponsorship/ticket assets including in‑stadium signage, social/digital sponsorships, hospitality, fan giveaways, customized promotions, and more. The ideal candidate must be a multi‑talented visual artist who thrives in a team environment for a deadline‑oriented department. Exceptional project management skills are essential. Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Proposal Design, Preparation, and Creation – 75% of time
  • Revenue Creative Services – 25% of time

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar.
  • Minimum Experience: 1–3 years graphic design; Desired: 3–5 years.
  • Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Cincinnati Reds and Major League Baseball.
  • Flexible schedule; may require evening and weekend hours.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally required to sit.
  • Use hands, reach, talk and hear.
  • Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation.
  • May be exposed to weather conditions.
  • Noise level moderate.
  • Willing to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.
