TalentoHC partnered with a PE-backed consumer products and lifestyle company near Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are helping them find a talented temp Senior Graphic Designer to lead the strategic visual direction of our direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and branded content. This role is pivotal in driving high-impact design execution across all digital touchpoints, with a focus on engaging our audience and maximizing conversion rates. The ideal candidate will elevate the brand's digital presence while ensuring all creative assets meet performance goals and campaign timelines. The ideal candidate will be up to date on trends and excited to step out of their creative comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic visual direction for marketing campaigns and branded content
• Drive execution of high-impact designs across digital touchpoints including:
• E-commerce platforms
• Develop creative assets that engage target audiences and drive conversion
• Ensure all designs meet performance goals and adhere to campaign timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency
• Stay current with digital design trends and platform best practices

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in digital design roles
• Preferably within the consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing strategies
• Extensive experience with social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Deep tremd knowledge for top-performing social media content
• Expert-level proficiency in graphic design software
• Specialized experience in social media and digital platform design
• Experience with photography and videography (a plus)
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (a plus)
• Knowledge of conversion optimization principles (a plus)
