Technical Apparel Graphic Designer (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Technical Apparel Graphic Designer (Hybrid) to bring precision, creativity, and collaboration to their fast-paced design environment. The ideal candidate is both technically adept and creatively minded—someone who thrives at the intersection of design aesthetics and production accuracy. This role calls for a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to manage overlapping projects while partnering cross-functionally across design and factory teams.

This role is a hybrid model in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed graphic schematics and production-ready artwork for factory teams.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to translate creative concepts into accurate technical files.
  • Manage seasonal graphic builds and file organization across systems and shared drives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely updates and smooth handoffs.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to maintain quality and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proven expertise in apparel graphic design with a focus on technical schematics and production handoffs.
  • Proficiency with design tools and digital asset management systems.
  • Strong project management, organization, and vendor communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment managing multiple overlapping seasons.

Compensation

Up to $47.33/hr. (DOE)
