To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Influencer Strategy Development – Create and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive consideration and support patient growth.
• Talent Identification & Relationship Building – Research, identify, and establish relationships with macro, micro, and nano-influencers, as well as agencies and management teams.
• Campaign Management – Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, including objectives, contracts, timelines, and content quality.
• Content Coordination – Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance, messaging, and campaign goals.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization – Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign success, using insights to refine future strategies.
• Budget Oversight – Manage influencer marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective partnerships and maximize ROI.
• Trend Monitoring – Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with social media, PR, brand, clinical, and legal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.

You will be the perfect fit if you have

• Proven experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing, both within the Italian ecosystem and internationally (Spain a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer trends.
• You\'re a creator yourself, comfortable producing or editing videos that align with Unobravo\'s brand tone and messaging.
• Ability to work at the intersection of brand consideration and driving new patient growth.
• Strong analytical skills: able to track KPIs, analyse data, and adjust strategies based on campaign performance.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix-reporting environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple projects.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in regulated sectors is an advantage.
