About Us

Alumanate is a fast-growing American manufacturer of aluminum composite panels (ACP), supplying the signage, architectural, and transportation industries across the U.S. We are expanding rapidly and building a powerful brand presence in both domestic and international markets. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a hands‑on, creative Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, trade marketing, and industry engagement.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a versatile Marketing Manager with experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing sectors to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role combines strategic thinking with tactical action — managing brand promotion, trade shows, digital presence, and marketing collateral to strengthen Alumanate’s position as the leading name in American‑made aluminum composite panels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Manage Alumanate’s brand identity, messaging, and visual consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee trade show planning — booth design, logistics, materials, and lead capture.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including website updates, LinkedIn content, press releases, and industry publications.
  • Produce professional marketing materials, brochures, product data sheets, case studies, and videos.
  • Build partnerships and co‑branding opportunities with distributors, equipment manufacturers, and industry associations.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics — lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
  • Manage vendor relationships for design, print, PR, and media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience — preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or construction materials.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, trade marketing, and brand development.
  • Proficient with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
