Overview
As the EVP, Media Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership for a specific brand/account. You’ll nurture strong client relationships, drive organic growth, and ensure the quality of work produced by cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning process and integration across assignments for each brand/account.
- Establish and balance relationships with senior client contacts and agency goals.
- Provide media thought leadership, challenging the team to deliver innovative, tailored solutions.
- Direct and nurture development, presentation, and maintenance of communication plans.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of acquisition marketers, channel specialists, and media partners.
- Drive experimentation, testing, and iteration across creative, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and respect.
- Engage directly with clients, articulating strategies with data and clear metrics.
- Assist in setting organic growth goals and drive adherence to growth roadmaps.
- Model outstanding client service and serve as a point of escalation for concerns.
Qualifications
- 15‑20+ years of digital media experience with progressive responsibility.
- 4+ years of Financial Services experience.
- Excellent client service and strategic media plan experience.
- Experience leading a large ($400M+) account and team.
- Strong client management working with senior leaders internally and externally.
- Broad media experience: TV, display, search, social, mobile, programmatic, shopper.
- Experience with clients that have in‑housing activation functions.
- Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership skills to deliver high‑quality results.

Compensation
Salary range: $300,000 – $350,000 annually.
