Paid Media Specialist – Social Media

Zerorez® is a nationally recognized carpet and home cleaning company known for its patented cleaning technology. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences— and we’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Specialist to help us share that story online.

As the Senior Social Media Specialist, you will manage both paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns and organic social pages across multiple Zerorez corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social (Meta Ads Manager)
    • Develop, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns for multiple corporate locations.
    • Create audience segments, set budgets, and test creatives to optimize performance.
    • Track performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions) and provide ongoing reporting.
    • Make strategic recommendations for scaling, budget shifts, or creative direction.
    • Oversee Meta Business Suite assets—profiles, pixel data, and conversion tracking.
  • Organic Social Media
    • Own and manage organic Facebook content calendars for multiple locations.
    • Post engaging, brand‑aligned content—including images, promotions, UGC, customer testimonials.
    • Respond to comments, answer questions, and flag service issues to the appropriate team.
    • Participate in local town/neighborhood Facebook pages to promote Zerorez.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with marketing to align paid and organic efforts with broader campaigns.
    • Gather local intel, news, events, photos, and testimonials from operators.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, Meta platform updates, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of social media marketing experience with hands‑on Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple paid ad campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, content planning, and social scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset for managing public‑facing comments/messages.
  • Experience with multi‑location or franchise businesses (plus).
  • Basic design or video editing skills are a bonus.
