The Role

We’re seeking a hands‑on, creative, and analytical Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy and execution across multiple PCM portfolio brands. You’ll oversee a mix of national and local campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google My Business, helping each brand grow awareness, engagement, and inbound leads.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google My Business.
• Manage daily posting calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and creative quality.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and paid media teams to produce high-performing content.
• Monitor analytics and insights to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns.
• Engage with followers — responding to comments, DMs, and reviews in real time.
• Optimize brand profiles for local visibility, SEO, and lead generation.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional experience managing multi-platform social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO), engagement metrics, and analytics.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Later.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brands at once.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
