Social Media Manager

FloQast is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to drive brand awareness and thought leadership across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve audience growth and engagement.
• Create high‑quality social media content including original videos, memes, photography, and copy for all active FloQast platforms.
• Manage content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and C‑Suite teams.
• Analyze social media insights using listening tools, analytics platforms, and SEO to guide campaigns and improve engagement.
• Work closely with the Director of Corporate Communications and Senior Content Marketing Manager to ensure brand identity consistency.
• Deliver content in the correct format for each channel in a timely manner and monitor performance to determine effectiveness.
• Set KPIs, monitor metrics, and report timely performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of well‑rounded social media experience across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, Instagram, Threads, etc.
• Passionate storytelling and excellent written, verbal, and video communication skills.
• Exceptional video and image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color design sensibility.
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to use intuition and data to guide decision‑making.
• Proficiency with Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana, Google Suite, and other social media scheduling tools.
• Self‑starter with initiative, high organization, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Fluency in sarcasm, a sharp wit, and a humorous outlook.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing crisis communications across social media.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and compliance roles/industries.
• SaaS experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $91,000–$137,000. FloQast offers a competitive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, family forming benefits, life & disability insurance, and unlimited vacation.
