We’re looking for a full‑time, in‑house Producer who blends taste with technical chops, creativity with control, and calm under pressure with sharp execution. This is not a freelance position - we want to meet people who are ready to commit to joining a team to grow the business.

About the Role

As a Producer, you’ll manage projects from pitch to final delivery—balancing budgets, schedules, and creative collaboration. You’ll lead internal teams, guide clients, and ensure every phase of production runs with polish and precision.

This isn’t just about timelines—it’s about curating the full production experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage detailed budgets and dynamic timelines
• Assemble world‑class crews and oversee casting, permitting, and shoot logistics
• Lead on‑set operations with confidence, clarity, and efficiency
• Bring projects in on‑time and under‑budget—while protecting the creative vision
• Spot overages early and initiate smart, proactive conversations about scope and impact
• Guide post‑through edit, color, sound, and delivery
• Maintain clear, calm communication with clients and internal teams
• Ensure every touchpoint feels seamless, intentional, and elevated

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years producing high‑end stills and motion campaigns
• Confident managing budgets, timelines, and complex shoots
• A strategic thinker who communicates clearly and leads with empathy
• Comfortable with union and non‑union productions
• Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and obsessed with the details
• Bonus if you’ve worked with luxury, fashion, or cultural brands

Qualifications

• Experience in Stills and Motion Production and managing commercial projects
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on‑site in Los Angeles, CA with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
