Overview

PRN – Coordinates, evaluates and provides music therapy to patients receiving hospice care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and provide an organized music therapy program.
• Provide music therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations.
• Develop a plan of care.
• Complete all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, governmental and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
• Perform other job‑related tasks as requested.

Qualifications

• Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute.
• Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
