Compensation
- Non‑Teaching Rate: $16.50/hr – $19.90/hr
- Total Teaching Rate (depending on experience): up to $29.70/hr

Role Overview
As a Music Teacher you will teach lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, increase student count, and nurture a culture of integrity, inclusion and passion.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
- Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
- Assist with customer service as needed, building long‑term students by creating a great experience.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Student & Parent Partnership
- Partner with students and families through frequent communication and trust.
- Communicate student progress to parents.
- Share student goals and progress frequently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
- Ability to teach the instrument that you are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
- Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
