Title: Events Marketing & Promotions Representative

Location: Long Beach, CA area

Schedule: Flexible Part-Time

Compensation: $20 per hour + commission

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Representative within our Marketing and Promotions Department. As a marketing representative, you will have conversations with homeowners at trade shows, events, festivals, fairs, expos, and retail locations to generate appointments for our in‑home sales team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience
• Outgoing personality, extroverted and friendly personality
• Self‑motivated and a strong work ethic
• Persuasive and results oriented
• Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation for travel to and from events
• Attend monthly department meetings and other company meetings
• Clean criminal background and drug free required

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Engage prospects: Initiate conversations with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss their kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs.
• Learn and execute our scripts.
