As an LTC Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact, managing communication and the relationship with multiple Digital Marketing clients. For each LTC client, you may lead a team of LTC digital marketers in strategy development and execution of digital strategy for complex and heavily focused SEO campaigns. You may also oversee, lead and delegate to a group of Digital Marketing Search Specialists at the agency.

- College degree from an accredited university, preferably with a major in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 5+ years of SEO experience
- 3+ years of digital agency account management experience managing multiple brands and maintaining client relationships
- 2+ years of experience and understanding working on integrated digital marketing campaigns (organic search, paid search, content marketing, social media, etc.) and managing teammates responsible for these services
- Advanced SEO knowledge with a strong grasp on how technical, on-page, and off-page SEO are all critical components of an effective campaign
- Expertise with Digital Marketing best practices, knowledge of Google algorithm updates, and how that impacts strategy, online branding, and integrated digital strategies.
- Strong emphasis on written communication skills with an emphasis on grammar/spelling excellence and attention to detail
- Google Analytics Academy Certification (all four courses)
- Proven experience using Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and oversee strategy and the day-to-day execution of a portfolio of integrated digital marketing campaigns and take responsibility for overall success
- Strong understanding of the client’s needs, business objectives, KPIs, products/services and target audience
- Build and nurture strong, engaging client relationships by managing expectations and fostering growth via proactive, ongoing client communication
- Client meeting coordination and leadership
- Ensure deadlines are met and full scope is fulfilled monthly
- Present deliverables and performance reports to clients along with updated recommendations always tied to each client’s specific campaign goals
- Campaign performance analysis, translating data into recommendations and plans for improvement
- Follow procedure, execute, track and communicate regarding campaign renewal process
- Look for opportunities to upsell clients on other services
- Create case studies and success stories for the accounts managed
- Report project performance and progress to manager on a regular basis
- Develop and drive the national and local SEO campaign strategy
- Ability to leverage AI tools to uncover search intent, identify keyword opportunities, and guide content planning for maximum visibility.
- Skilled in AI-prompt writing to generate SEO-friendly content outlines, draft copy, and optimize existing assets while ensuring originality and compliance with guidelines.
- Strong editorial judgment to refine AI-assisted outputs, ensuring content meets brand standards, E-E-AT (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), and aligns with client goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Google Business Profile and how to effectively optimize and promote a client’s listing using local SEO tactics
- Task management in our project management platform Productive
- Manage internal communication with junior staff to keep them in the production loop and provide clear and concise communication for task delegation
- Maintain organization of deliverables and project files in Google Drive
- Manage internal budgets content/link building
- Advanced data analysis to drive campaign performance
- Conduct advanced website audits using Ahrefs and Screaming Frog

Additional Duties
- Contribute to the agency as a DM strategy leader
- Supervise, train, mentor, and coach search strategists assigned to you, including regular touchpoint reviews
- Participate in business development opportunities as an expert in DM
- Provide strategic and tactical support to team members, improving processes and developing best practices
- Help grow the DM team’s skills through sharing new ideas and educating the team
- Contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit of the agency; working with other digital experts to brainstorm and develop new products and services
