Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Employment Type: 6M Contract + Extensions / Conversion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in design, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or branded environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with CAD or SketchUp a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing spatial and visual design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and creating inspiring member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Asset Creation:
  Design and manage digital assets used in studio environments, including signage, promotional graphics, class visuals, and branded content.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all studio designs reflect the luxury wellness brand, maintaining consistency across locations and platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Partner with marketing, operations, architecture, and programming teams to bring studio concepts to life from ideation through execution.
• Trend Research & Innovation:
  Stay current with design, fitness, and wellness trends to continuously elevate studio aesthetics and functionality.
• Project Management:
  Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
