A Day in the Life

• Open the studio, ensuring a clean, organized environment.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and create a welcoming experience.
• Coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedules, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are met, resolving member concerns with professionalism.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience – cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
