Arcadis is the world’s leading provider of sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions. We are growing our BIM Services team in the USA West region and are looking for a dynamic Studio Manager to lead and manage a regional BIM team across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM Coordinators and collaborate with Architecture + Urbanism, Civil, Structural, and MEP teams on all projects.
• Foster cross‑sector synergy between Places, Mobility, and Resilience and drive global work‑sharing, standardization, and optimization.
• Drive standardization, optimization, and data utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage BIM workload, including subcontractors, ensuring proper allocation and utilization targets.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client expectations, Arcadis requirements, and compliance with Standards.
• Develop BIM Services team staffing requirements during the project pursuit stage.
• Provide technical advice, support project delivery, and professional development to BIM team members.
• Collaborate with all design disciplines to integrate overall design or solution.
• Review BIM models, implement required changes, and communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
• Develop and coordinate BIM Protocols and Execution Plans, and promote implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of model performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8‑10 years of experience in a BIM technology support role in architecture and engineering.
• Certified in ISO 19650 Information Management or equivalent; Professional BIM Certification.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols (ISO 19650, COBie).
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit across all disciplines.
• Experience managing models, facilitating data exchange, and 3D design coordination.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven team leadership to guide a BIM team through design and production processes.
• Strong ability to interact with clients, owners, and agencies to meet BIM delivery requirements.

Benefits & Salary

Salary range: US$92,530 – US$152,675. Arcadis offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays.
