About the Role
We are seeking a talented and visionary Architectural Project Designer to lead the front-end design process for diverse building projects including commercial, multifamily, institutional, civic, and mixed-use developments. This role focuses on creating innovative conceptual designs that respond to client needs, site conditions, and regulatory requirements, while setting the tone for the overall project vision.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on front-end and conceptual work. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of building types and innovative design concepts. Proficiency in design and visualization software such as Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment. Knowledge of current architectural codes, standards, and sustainability principles.
