Responsibilities

• Propose ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations.
• Guide product strategy through research by analyzing, consolidating, or synthesizing user, product, service, or business needs and communicating findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Identify, create, and use key insights and metrics to evaluate product impact, guiding user‑centric decision‑making.
• Contribute to project priorities, coordinate resources, and remove roadblocks to progress.
• Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities, demonstrating empathy for users and business goals.
• Adapt research strategy for complex projects or programs, including defining quantitative or qualitative frameworks.
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders with research insights and recommendations.
