Marketing Coordinator – JE Technology Solutions, Inc.
Overall, the Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in creating and implementing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and position JE Technology as a top‑notch employer and supplier worldwide. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of a fast‑growing company.
Key Responsibilities Develop email marketing campaigns.
Quickly generate concept designs for products and marketing materials using 3D software.
Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
Attend tradeshows as required.
Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials to attract and inform our target audience.
Manage SEO and PPC vendors to ensure optimal company ROI and enhance online visibility.
Take ownership of projects from concept to completion as an organized and detail‑oriented team player.
Create internal communication material for company display monitors.
Maintain excellent attention to detail while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Design work includes production of new creative and editing existing templates covering brand development, visual presentations, logos, brochures, exhibits, signage, posters, interactive presentations, conference and event materials, animations, and other digital and print collateral.
Provide graphics support for small and large‑scale events including brochures, presentations, invitations, signage, and event coverage.
Create a dashboard for marketing metrics.
Host clients and vendors.
Requirements Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Communications or a similar field is preferred.
Minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio is preferred.
Experience managing social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) is required.
Experience in Maya or equivalent, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. is required.
Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for marketing and outstanding multitasking abilities.
Additional Information Work Location: On Site in Apopka, FL. Reliable commute to work is required.
Work Schedule: Full‑Time. Must be willing to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Relocation: Local candidates are preferred. Paid Relocation is not available for this job opportunity.
