Responsibilities
Review and organize prep sheets for catering orders. Finalize proper packaging and presentation before orders go out to clients. Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards. Work in tandem with the Kitchen Manager to deliver exceptional catering experiences.
Requirements
Solid foundation in culinary skills, time management, and organization skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs 1-2 years expeditor experience
