You will partner with the Vice President of Product Marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive visibility, adoption, and differentiation for Palladyne AI’s products. Responsibilities
Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Define, launch, and optimize GTM plans for Palladyne Pilot (and Palladyne IQ as needed) across defense, public safety, and commercial sectors. Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated value propositions and narratives that resonate across executive, technical, and non‑technical audiences. Market Intelligence: Track competitive moves, market shifts, and customer requirements to inform product roadmap and sales strategy. Partner & Channel Marketing: Build and lead the partner and channel marketing function—creating enablement programs, joint value propositions, and campaigns with key partners. Buyer’s Journey Development: Map decision‑maker and influencer roles, aligning content and campaigns to each stage. Sales Enablement: Create tools, playbooks, and training to support sales effectiveness. Cross‑functional Leadership: Act as the voice of the customer with product management and engineering. Thought Leadership & Lead Generation: Support events, conferences, and analyst relations to elevate Palladyne AI’s market presence and drive leads. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 10+ years of progressive product marketing or GTM experience, with at least 5 years in high‑tech/software industries. Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of launching and scaling software products; experience in autonomy, robotics, AI, or aerospace/defense preferred. Background in marketing to defense and public safety sectors strongly desired; experience marketing into industrial manufacturing a plus. Demonstrated ability to work across matrixed, cross‑functional teams and thrive in small, agile organizations. Comfort with fast‑paced, high‑growth environments where strategic vision and hands‑on execution are equally required. MBA or advanced degree a plus. Work Environment
