Position Overview
WinterGreen Synthetic Grass LLC is seeking a creative, detail-orientedMarketing & Brand Coordinatorto support our growing company’s marketing, social media, event, and brand initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization — combining digital marketing skills with hands‑on event and brand management.
The Marketing & Brand Coordinator will manage social media content, coordinate company events and trade shows, maintain the company website, assist with promotional materials and apparel, and help ensure a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation
Coordinate with field staff to gather photos and videos of completed jobs.
Post engaging content regularly across social media platforms to highlight company projects, events, and achievements.
Use Canva and Photoshop to edit photos and design simple graphics when needed.
Track engagement metrics and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Website Management
Oversee and maintain the company website through Jupiter (our web support platform).
Submit and track Jupiter tickets for updates, review uploads, and employee bios.
Prepare and upload monthly lists of completed jobs (20/month) for addition to the website.
Track and plan pages scheduled for addition through the end of year.
Periodically request new Google reviews to be added to the website (every 2–3 months).
Events & Brand Coordination
Plan and organize company parties, trade shows, and expos — including scheduling, setup, vendor coordination, and follow‑up.
Design and order banners, signage, and other branded materials.
Gather and order swag or promotional items as needed.
Book travel and hotel accommodations for events and trade shows.
Branding & Internal Image
Create and maintain employee email signatures using Canva, Photoshop, and company templates.
Ensure new employees have their photo and bio uploaded to the website.
Coordinate company‑branded apparel: receive shirts ordered by salesmen, take them to CB Sports for embroidery, and distribute when ready.
Maintain organized inventory of promotional and branded items.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative coordination (preferred).
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing techniques.
Strong understanding of product management principles and branding strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from market research effectively.
Familiarity with multichannel marketing approaches and B2B marketing practices.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop for design and content creation.
Knowledge of budgeting processes related to marketing projects.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a small office environment.
