Position Overview As a Sr Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our clients’ marketing and creative needs. Your focus will be on hands‑on media campaign management and strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales and client success teams to ensure best‑in‑class campaign performance, drive client engagement, and foster business growth. You will also be responsible for sharing campaign ideas, showcasing successful tactics, prompting valuable client discussions and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

Omni‑Channel Media Campaign Management:

campaign setup, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure high ROI for clients.

Collaboration with Sales & Client Success:

partner with sales and client success teams to share campaign ideas, highlight what’s working, and facilitate discussions that drive client value and upsell opportunities.

Best Practices & Documentation:

ensure that media campaign and creative best practices are documented, regularly updated, and shared with the broader team.

Performance Analysis:

review customer and audience analytics, analyze campaign data, and evaluate effectiveness to inform future strategies and share actionable insights with internal and client teams.

Strategic Client Partnership:

engage with clients to understand business goals, design and present integrated media plans, and implement multi‑touch attribution frameworks that assess the effectiveness of each paid channel.

Experimentation & Data Rigor:

design, implement, and analyze controlled marketing experiments (including A/B and multivariate testing) to uncover actionable insights and guide decision‑making using a data‑first methodology.

Industry Leadership:

stay informed on industry best practices, emerging digital mediums, and competitor strategies to maintain a leading edge in the market.

Presentation Preparation:

prepare and deliver presentations internally and externally, conduct client pitch meetings, and share ongoing campaign results and insights.

Qualifications

Experience Level:

extensive experience in client meetings and presentations.

Experience:

minimum of 5 years in advertising and/or marketing.

Skill Set:

proficiency in agency, account management, and hands‑on digital media campaign management across major platforms.
