Upward mobility: We have a tight‑knit team of marketing rockstars and are always looking to reward high‑impact teammates with leadership and growth opportunities. Every single member of our marketing leadership team has been sourced from internal hires.

Outstanding team support: Our performance marketing team has built strong cross‑functional relationships with regional marketing, operations, and clinic support teams so you’ll have the support you need to understand what’s going on at the practice and how to best drive volume for them.

Join an established, high‑performing team: You’ll work alongside teammates who have been in the trenches and who are eager to share best practices, insights, and strategies to help you sharpen your skills and grow faster.

Equipment provided: Laptop with built‑in camera, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and docking station.

Qualifications

Sharp attention to detail: Highly analytical and detail oriented, able to identify trends as they’re unfolding and spot a needle in a haystack at a glance.

Problem solver: When performance looks off, you’re not satisfied with surface‑level answers. You want to know the why behind it and will dig into the data to find the insights you need.

Highly experienced in Google Ads: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience directly managing search, Pmax, LSA, and demand‑gen campaigns while successfully reaching performance targets.

Comfortable working at scale: Successfully managed 30+ accounts while achieving campaign and growth goals. Agency and/or multi‑unit experience is preferred.

Subject‑matter expert: Deep understanding of metrics like CPC, CVR, CPA, and the levers you need to pull to impact CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

Multi‑channel specialist: You also have hands‑on experience with additional paid channels like Bing Ads and Meta Ads, and are comfortable leading performance management across channels.

Collecting lead‑quality feedback from regional marketing leads and distilling it into an actionable plan to improve performance.

Working closely with our data & analytics team to validate campaign performance data.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Growing to understand macro and micro search demand, seasonality, and business trends, then developing campaigns and strategies to capitalize on them.
