About the Role We’re looking for a
Marketing & Sales Growth Director
who blends
creativity, strategic thinking, and community engagement
to grow brand awareness and sales. This person owns the restaurant’s
marketing calendar, local partnerships, catering and delivery growth , and
digital brand presence
(social media, CRM, and events).
You’ll be the bridge between the
restaurant’s operational excellence
and the
community’s connection
to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the
annual marketing calendar
aligned to key business goals (traffic, catering, awareness).
Lead community marketing initiatives — schools, sports teams, nonprofits, and local events.
Manage
digital presence : social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
Partner with Chick-fil-A regional and corporate marketing teams on brand activations.
Build and execute a
catering and delivery growth plan
within a 5-mile radius.
Analyze sales data to identify high-potential customer segments and growth opportunities.
Develop relationships with
local businesses, schools, and organizations
to increase group sales and recurring catering accounts.
Track and report ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with Directors of Operations and Guest Experience to align marketing with restaurant goals.
Lead and develop a part‑time marketing assistant or ambassador team.
Represent Chick-fil-A South Nevada Ave with professionalism and warmth in the community.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
(Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Meta Suite, etc.).
Ability to interpret data and make insight‑driven decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset — creative, scrappy, and growth‑oriented.
Passion for people, community, and the Chick‑fil‑A brand.
$27/hour (Full‑Time)
