About Us We don’t just market — we move people to action. As a leader in promotional campaigns, pop-up activations, and customer engagement, we help brands connect with real customers in real time. Whether it’s sparking conversations, creating buzz at a live event, or converting foot traffic into sales, we turn energy into outcomes and impressions into impact.

We believe in hustle, heart, and high performance. Our team is made up of go-getters who love talking to people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and never miss a chance to close a conversation with a sale. If you’re looking for a career in marketing, this is where your next chapter begins.

About The Role We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Bilingual Marketing Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to support our brand activation and field marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll engage with customers in both languages to drive awareness, generate leads, influence buying decisions, and close sales through strategic, high-energy interactions.

What You’ll Do

Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm in both Spanish and English

Engage customers across diverse audiences, explaining product benefits and current offers in their preferred language

Convert on-site conversations into real-time sales and leads

Approach potential customers with purpose—create interest, deliver the pitch in Spanish or English, and spark action

Support marketing managers with event logistics, product inventory, and schedule coordination

Monitor on-site activity, gather bilingual customer insights, and report on lead volume, engagement, and outcomes

Maintain a polished and professional display area that aligns with brand image

Occasionally assist with creating bilingual content for social media during activations

What You Bring

Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred (marketing, communications, or business coursework a plus)

Previous experience in sales, promotions, retail, or customer‑facing marketing strongly preferred

Charismatic communicator with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Ability to pitch confidently on the spot and adapt to different audiences in both languages

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods at events

Reliable, punctual, and available to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

What We Offer

Competitive pay with performance bonus opportunities

Paid training and onboarding to set you up for success

Flexible hours that fit your lifestyle

Clear pathways for growth in marketing, events, and sales leadership roles

A supportive, fast-paced, bilingual team that celebrates wins and values hustle
