Job Title: Creative Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

This is a 6 months extendable contract position with a fintech client.
Responsibilities:
Oversee 50+ simultaneous creative projects, including digital ads, emails, landing pages, social media campaigns, and videos, managing each from concept to completion using project management platforms.
Streamline team workflows to ensure on-time delivery, proactively addressing and resolving potential roadblocks.
Allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and balance workloads to keep projects on track.
Provide clear updates on project progress, challenges, and priority shifts, offering actionable solutions and insights.
Facilitate weekly check-ins to track deliverables and maintain detailed project documentation.
Enhance existing workflows and develop new, scalable processes to boost efficiency.
Tackle time-sensitive issues with confidence, knowing when to escalate concerns with well-thought-out recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
Between 5 and 7 years of experience in creative project management, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house setting.
Deep expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Solid understanding of digital creative workflows and processes.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience juggling 50+ projects in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with tools like Workfront and JIRA.
Proven ability to stay composed and effective under pressure, with a history of solving intricate challenges and escalating strategically.
Outstanding communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, legal, and leadership teams.
