Your Tasks

Design, write, and optimize chatbot conversations that enhance the user experience

Create conversation flows for both happy paths and edge cases in collaboration with peers and stakeholders

Write clear, empathetic, and on-brand microcopy for each turn in the conversation

Manage and structure chatbot content to be searchable, reusable, and adaptable for NL, FR, and EN

Ensure consistent tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity across all chatbot replies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align conversations and language with policies and user needs

Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot analytics to continuously improve flows and copy

Iterate based on user insights, success rates, and conversation breakdowns

Maintain and expand the content library and style guide for consistent chatbot conversations

Coordinate with localization and translation partners to ensure high-quality multilingual delivery

Develop and maintain best practices, design patterns, and testing routines with fellow conversation designers

Your Profile

Experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design with a strong portfolio

Knowledge of conversation flow design, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human–AI interaction

Skilled in multilingual writing and content adaptation: excellent French, strong Dutch (B2/C1), and English (B1/B2)

Experience structuring and managing content for scalability and reusability

Testing and optimizing chatbot conversations based on analytics and user feedback

Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow, …) and content management platforms

Understands the bigger picture and balances user needs, brand identity, and business goals

Collaborative team player, co-creative mindset

Persuasive yet open-minded, able to explain choices and integrate feedback

Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented

Able to propose multiple solutions for constructive discussions and decision-making

Works independently with attention to detail and quality under tight deadlines

Growth mindset: eager to learn and support others

Experience with change management in large organizations; pragmatic and a change advocate
