The Exchange Platforms team mission is to fund the world’s information. As a member of Global Partnerships Sellside, you will connect the world's advertising demand to publisher inventory and protect user privacy so that publishers grow in a transparent, safe and sustainable ads ecosystem. The Media Sales Lead role is a key, high-visibility leader in a dynamic Google environment. You will be entrepreneurial, technically savvy, detail oriented, collaborative, and focused on business efficiency and scalability. You will lead a high-growth team, collaborating with global partners internally and externally to deliver joint business plans that empower our customers’ growth. The Global Partnerships organization explores new opportunities with Google's partners and supports Google’s product teams with essential partnerships to enhance user experiences across advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Compensation details listed reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities

Understand, build, and manage relationships with key executive decision makers and budget holders across the agency buyer landscape, at executive and operational levels. Drive immediate and sustained business growth by identifying and closing high-value deals with key agency and brand partners, setting the standard for team performance. Own and be accountable for achieving a significant portion of the team's annual business goals, leveraging deep agency relationships to unlock new budget allocation and guarantee pipeline conversion. Lead a high-performing Agency sales team that uses consultative media sales skills to understand customer needs and deliver actionable solutions. Own and enforce accountability for sales team activity, progress, and pipeline hygiene by conducting regular one-on-one reviews, analyzing key metrics, and ensuring accurate forecasting. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in relevant industries. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Experience managing people or teams. Preferred qualifications

JD, MBA, or Master’s degree. 3 years of experience managing people or teams. Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership. Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements. Ability to grow in a changing, collaborative, and ambiguous startup-like environment where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, persistent execution, and relationships drive success. Ability to grasp technical and product concepts. EEO and compliance
