Apply EMI/EMC mitigation, signal integrity best practices, and proper PCB stack‑up strategies.

Collaborate across engineering teams to optimize designs for thermal, mechanical, and manufacturability considerations.

Implement DFM/DFA principles and coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.

Support RF design, including antenna layouts and impedance‑controlled traces.

Generate full fabrication and assembly documentation: Gerber/ODB++, fab drawings, notes, BOMs, and assembly files.

Participate in design reviews and resolve layout‑related issues efficiently.

Qualifications

3–7+ years of professional PCB layout experience.

Expert‑level proficiency in Altium Designer.

Strong experience with HDI and rigid‑flex PCB layouts.

Familiarity with high‑speed digital interfaces (PCIe, DDR, USB 3.x, Ethernet).

Solid understanding of EMI/EMC design, impedance control, and RF layout practices.

Experience working closely with PCB fabricators and assemblers under DFM/DFA constraints.

Knowledge of PCB stack‑up design, materials, and modern manufacturing processes.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
