What You’ll Do
Review and analyze progress toward sales forecasts and operational goals, initiating action as needed to ensure accurate forecasts and final results.
Develop, implement, and manage division marketing strategies in partnership with Product Line Managers, Agronomic Service Managers, Regional Account Managers, and Branch Managers.
Manage all physical resources, including maintenance and repair, compliance with CPI and industry regulations, and a safe working environment.
Ensure effective implementation of customer programs and organization of the customer base.
Analyze capital requirements and recommend capital budgeting decisions.
Analyze operating requirements and recommend budget decisions.
Ensure the development of division services as appropriate.
Implement pro‑active health, safety, environmental, and security programs.
Assist Branch Managers with dispute settlement within the division, both internal and external to the company.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
5+ years of related experience.
1+ year in a leadership capacity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with grain and farm‑supply industry regulations and policies.
Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $95,000 – $110,000. The total compensation package includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as disability coverage for full‑time work. Nutrien offers a retirement program with generous employer matching, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and paid personal and maternity/parental leave.
