Kitchen and Bath Designer Join our team as a Kitchen and Bath Designer and play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience while driving sales success. In this position, you will support our core store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Your Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs. Guide customers through the showroom, showcasing our products and helping them visualize their dream spaces. Coordinate project measures and review design plans with customers, offering expert purchasing recommendations. Manage stock levels of samples and brochures, ensuring that they are well-stocked and available for customer use. Maintain an appealing and safe shopping environment by ensuring special order displays and showrooms are visually inviting.
