As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience while supporting three key priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming customers and identifying their kitchen and bath project needs. Conduct engaging showroom tours to showcase our offerings. Coordinate kitchen and bath measure appointments to capture essential details for personalized designs. Meet with customers to discuss their room designs and provide expert purchasing recommendations. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures, restocking them as needed to ensure availability. Maintain an appealing and safe store environment by organizing special order displays and showrooms.
