Kitchen and Bath Designer

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Home Depot, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities revolve around three essential store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. In supporting the Customers First initiative, you will provide exceptional service by: Welcoming customers and assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs. Conducting engaging showroom tours to inspire design ideas. Coordinating kitchen and/or bath measurements to ensure accurate planning. Consulting with customers on room designs and offering purchasing recommendations. In addition, you will contribute to our In Stock initiatives through: Regularly evaluating stock levels of samples and brochures. Ensuring timely restocking to maintain a well-prepared showroom. To enhance Store Appearance, your responsibilities will include: Creating an appealing and safe shopping environment by maintaining special order displays and showroom setups. By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, you will not only drive sales but also contribute to the overall success of our department and store goals.
