As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting critical store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement:
Warmly welcome customers to the store, understand their kitchen or bath project needs, provide informative showroom tours, and assist in scheduling measurements. Design Consultation:
Meet with customers to discuss room designs and offer buying recommendations tailored to their needs. Inventory Management:
Regularly assess stock levels of samples and brochures and ensure they are replenished as needed. Store Presentation:
Maintain attractive special order displays and showroom setups that enhance the shopping experience and promote safety. By excelling in these areas, you will directly contribute to increasing sales and achieving department and store goals.
