Responsibilities: • Photograph and video residential and commercial properties, capturing the property's best features and details • Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and quality • Create floor plans, virtual tours, and 3D models of properties using specialized software and equipment • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure their satisfaction with the final product • Maintain equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment, and ensure that they are in good working condition • Schedule appointments and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines Qualifications: • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills • Passionate about providing excellent customer service • Be able to be a solution-based problem solver • Must have a valid driver's license • Training provided • Photography and drone experience are a plus • Adhere to Team standards for dress code and other policies Compensation: $12 hourly
