We are seeking a strong resource to join our onsite team. The role involves designing and developing user interfaces for web applications with a focus on providing a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design consistency and quality. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation. Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations. Ensure design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
