Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Use collected data to understand customer needs, market trends, and areas for improvement, and apply these insights to enhance company performance.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and align with business objectives.
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Maintain and update websites as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, create targeted campaigns, and develop strategies to increase online sales revenue.
- Oversee the company’s engagement with customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey.
- Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand across all touchpoints by enforcing brand standards in messaging and visual identity.
- Manage product delivery and collection at schools nationwide, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Attend sales conferences to engage with clients, represent the company, and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Degree or experience in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data and provide actionable insights.
