The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Producer to join our digital team. This role will work closely with the Dodgers social media team to ideate and create custom content for the Dodger accounts. From hype videos to short form content, this role will help expand the Dodgers' reach on social media. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dodgers social media team with ideation and content creation for both the Dodgers and Los Dodgers social accounts. Work with the Dodgers social media team and assist with daily game coverage.
- Support the Dodgers social media team in creating videos: hype videos, short form Reels or Tiktoks and in-game edits.
- Assist the Dodgers social team with community and other event coverage, from shooting video and photos to editing shortform and longform recaps.
- Ideate, shoot and edit videos to post on Dodgers social as paid sponsored content.
- Monitor content trends and create custom content specifically for TikTok.
- Assist with other duties as needed by the social media team.
- 2+ years experience managing a social media account, preferably in sports, entertainment or for a fast-paced brand.
- Experience creating video and photo content for all social media platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Experience shooting video/photo with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the MLB season and special events.
- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Passion for baseball and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
- Experience working in the entertainment or sports industry.
- Spanish or Japanese fluency (Written or verbal).
- Knowledge of graphic design, animation and/or motion graphics.
