The Premium Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The supervisor initially meets the staff at the beginning of a shift and checks them in for the event. In addition, the Supervisor will go over event details with the directors. The supervisor should understand the content of the menu and ensure the timely delivery of food. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required. The supervisor oversees the breakdown of the event once it is concluded. Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event. * Determine where guests would like to eat their meals and help them get situated. * Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed. * Employs good safety and sanitation practices. * Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
