If youre passionate about creating high-impact, conversion-driven content across e-commerce, email, and social media platforms, this role is an exciting opportunity to lead and influence brand engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As Sr. Graphic Designer DTC, you will:
- Lead the visual direction and execution of DTC marketing campaigns and branded digital content.
- Develop high-performing assets across all digital touchpointsincluding website, e-commerce, paid social, email, and organic social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with brand goals and campaign timelines.
- Leverage best practices across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, IG Stories, TikTok, YouTube, and more to design for engagement and conversion.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity while pushing creative boundaries to elevate the brands digital presence.
- 5-7 years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within the consumer goods or DTC industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and social platforms, including paid and organic content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and content formats with a focus on performance-based creative.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite; motion design or video editing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with photography and videography is also a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Type: Freelance/Contract
- Assignment Duration: Through the end of the year, with potential (but not guaranteed) for full-time conversion in 2026.
- Compensation Range: $35-38/hour (DOE)
