Key Responsibilities
- Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and memoranda for class action and MDL cases
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex civil litigation issues
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments
- Review and analyze discovery materials, depositions, and expert reports
- Ensure all written work complies with court rules and procedures
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to case development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on legal writing
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Admission to California bar
- Experience with class actions or MDLs is a plus, but not required
