● Assisting in original processing of digital collections into ScholarWorks @ UTRGV, the institutional repository. ● Migrating, maintaining, or updating collections. ● Taking on special projects with academic departments, working with faculty members to keep progress going. ● Developing documentation when necessary, such as processing notes for future workers to explain how a collection changed. Discipline Specific Required Qualifications ● Currently enrolled and in good standing in a graduate degree program at UTRGV; ● Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel); ● Strong communication skills (both oral and in writing); ● Attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Some familiarity with web design, digital publishing software, or graphic design Salary Number of Vacancies 1 Desired Start Date 09/01/2025
