Our Stylists are fashion‑forward leaders who serve as ambassadors for the AKIRA brand. Essential Functions

• Deliver outstanding customer service by following AKIRA's 5 Steps of Selling.
• Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients.
• Thoughtfully curate merchandise to create complete head‑to‑toe looks for clients.
• Manage and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the client experience.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Contribute to overall upkeep and appearance of the store.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA's product offerings.
• Exceed individual sales goals with determination and focus.
• Collaborate to meet and exceed the store's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Physical Requirements

• Move product, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; can push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for extended periods, including a 10‑12 hr shift.
• Hourly position with additional sales commission; total compensation varies.
