About Casa Drea

Casa Drea is more than an agency — it’s a strategic and cultural force.

We are a culturally fluent, impact-driven creative partner that leads with insight, delivers with precision, and moves people — not just metrics.

In partnership with Maxima Global Holdings, we combine creative leadership with operational strength to scale our vision and bring brands to life across every touchpoint.

Casa Drea offers a full-spectrum model: strategy, storytelling, cultural engagement, and experiential activation — all enhanced by AI and executed in-house. Our ambition is to become one of the world’s most influential agencies for culture-led creativity.

About the Role

Casa Drea is looking for a sharp, organized, and culturally connected Influencer & Seeding Coordinator to support influencer partnerships, product gifting, and social amplification across Pro Standard and additional fashion, sport, and lifestyle clients.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands the power of cultural influence and has experience building and managing relationships with tastemakers — from content creators to artists, athletes, and stylists. You’ll play a key role in expanding our brand presence through meaningful partnerships, custom seeding moments, and coordinated UGC creation.

You’ll report directly to the CEO during onboarding and initial campaigns, then transition to working under the Social Media Manager as we scale the content and creator function.

Influencer Discovery + Talent Relations

  • Identify and source creators, artists, athletes, and stylists who align with brand DNA and campaign goals
  • Lead all influencer outreach for seeding, gifting, and creative collaboration opportunities
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with cultural tastemakers — ensuring they feel seen, valued, and connected to the brand
  • Maintain a dynamic talent tracker with contact details, platform links, sizing, preferences, and engagement history

Seeding Strategy + Gifting Execution

  • Build smart, curated seeding lists for product launches, seasonal moments, and key campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for all product shipments — from internal inventory pulls to shipping coordination
  • Oversee packaging and presentation for seeding kits, ensuring each drop feels elevated and intentional
  • Follow up post‑delivery to gather feedback, secure content, and maintain momentum

Content Coordination + UGC Curation

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to brief creators on content needs — including tone, timing, and format
  • Track incoming content, flag standout pieces, and organize assets for repost or campaign use
  • Maintain a UGC content library sorted by creator, campaign, and product for easy integration

Performance Monitoring + Optimization

  • Track influencer performance across tagged posts, stories, and reels — capturing key metrics like reach, saves, shares, and engagement
  • Deliver regular recaps with both quantitative data and qualitative insights on cultural resonance
  • Recommend new talent, formats, or strategies based on what’s driving results

Cross‑Functional Integration

  • Work closely with Social, Brand, and Design teams to align influencer moments with broader content strategy
  • Support on‑ground activations and IRL brand moments — including talent coordination and content capture
  • Report to the CEO during onboarding and transition into alignment with the Social Media Manager as the team scales

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent relations, or brand‑side social coordination
  • Excellent communicator and natural connector — skilled in building trust and managing creator relationships
  • Highly organized and execution‑focused — able to manage calendars, trackers, and gifting workflows at scale
  • Culturally fluent — tapped into what (and who) is shaping conversation across sport, fashion, music, and lifestyle
  • Proficient in Monday.com, Notion, Google Sheets, Metricool/Sprout Social and basic analytics tools
  • Bonus: Experience with seeding kits, creator programs, or working directly with stylists, showrooms, or agencies
